FollowPorn.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and third parties to do the same. This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar applicable laws in other jurisdictions.

1. Our Role

FollowPorn.com is an independent directory and editorial platform. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute adult content. All sexually explicit material accessible via links or embedded tools on our Site is hosted exclusively on independent third-party platforms.

Our Site contains:

• Original editorial content (reviews, rankings, guides, descriptions) created by FollowPorn.com
• Links and affiliate references to third-party adult platforms
• Embedded widgets that display live content served directly from third-party servers
• Thumbnails or preview images served by third-party affiliate APIs

If your copyrighted content appears on a third-party platform (such as BongaCams, OnlyFans, or any other platform linked from our Site), you must contact that platform directly to request removal. We are not in a position to remove content we do not host.

However, if your copyrighted content appears as part of our original editorial material — such as screenshots, text, images, or media we have reproduced directly on our Site — please follow the takedown procedure below.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on FollowPorn.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

3. Where to Send Your Notice

4. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your notice within a reasonable timeframe
• Review the notice to determine whether it meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)
• If valid, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material on our Site
• Notify the person who posted the content (if applicable) that the material has been removed

We aim to process valid notices within 5 business days.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed from our Site as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which FollowPorn.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.

6. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain records of all DMCA notices received and take repeat infringement seriously.

7. Content Hosted on Third-Party Platforms

As noted above, FollowPorn.com does not host adult video or image content. If you find your copyrighted content on a third-party platform linked from our Site, you must contact that platform directly. Common DMCA contacts for platforms we reference include:

8. Non-Consensual Content (Revenge Porn)

We take non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), commonly known as «revenge porn», extremely seriously. If you believe that any content linked from our Site involves intimate images of you shared without your consent, please contact us immediately at contact@followporn.com.

We will treat such requests with the highest priority, investigate promptly, and where applicable remove links or references to the relevant content from our Site. We also encourage you to report such content directly to the hosting platform and to relevant authorities or support organizations in your country.

9. Good Faith and Abuse

We take all DMCA notices seriously and process them in good faith. However, we reserve the right to reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, clearly fraudulent, or submitted with the intent to suppress legitimate content rather than protect genuine copyright interests.

Abuse of the DMCA process, including knowingly submitting false notices, may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
